Background

Clean Fuel Additive & Diesel Fuel Saver

Viscon is a clean fuel additive consisting of a high-molecular weight, pure hydrocarbon polymer. The base chemical component for Viscon is polyisobutylene (PIB) polymer. Applications for the raw PIB include fuel enhancers, chewing gum, and food grade quality additives. Viscon clean fuel additive is not a new “miracle” cure to engine exhaust. It has been in development for over 20 years.

Initially this fuel additive served as an agent to moderate the size, heat, volatility, and smoke emanating from jet fuel explosions. Original tests conducted at China Lake Missile Sites in the deserts of California dramatically indicated that the polymer did exactly that (view China Lake footage). The Viscon fuel additive product is a hybrid of the original polymer, modified to optimally enhance fuel combustion and cause a CO2 reduction.

Viscon clean fuel additive is safe for all grades of gasoline and diesel fuel and for all cars, trucks, buses, boats, etc. It will not damage catalytic converters or oxygen sensors. Viscon is actually a combination of pure hydrocarbons; all of which are compatible with your car’s fuel and fuel system. It is intended for and is safe for continuous use. It does not contain alcohols or aromatics such as xylene used in other fuel additive products which can cause damage to your engine if used continuously.

Viscon’s proprietary technology improves the performance of compression ignition engines as well as spark ignition engines. The patented Viscon process transforms the raw PIB to a liquid state via a temperature controlled mixing process. The end result is Viscon clean fuel additive and diesel fuel saver.

Viscon’s production capacity is 8,085 gallons of Viscon fuel additive per day; sufficient to treat 20,697,600 gallons of diesel per day.

The active component is:

• Odorless
• Free from toxins
• Evironmentally safe
• Free from carcinogens
• Free from caustic materials

When mixed with diesel or gasoline Viscon will:

• Improve torque
• Improve air quality
• Improve fuel combustion
• Reduce fuel consumption
• Reduce harmful emissions
• Reduce operating temperatures

With respect to blending, Viscon is:

• Soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons
• Soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons
• Non-polar; dissolves in non-polar solvents

Viscon Combustion Emission Carbon Dioxide Avoidance Credits

High Molecular Weight Polymer Enriched Diesel (HMWPED)

Viscon combined with diesel results in a 5.41% reduction in CO². These reductions are verified.

Viscon Carbon Credits are considered a Super Offset Credit because Viscon also reduces other GHG emissions.
